Train / Practical AI for people

Make AI useful
in your work.

Hands-on training and consulting for founders and teams. Bring a real task, build a better brief and learn to judge the result.

Skills that travel
with the tools.

Interfaces and models change. Knowing how to explain a task, supply context, recognise uncertainty and review an answer remains useful.

  • Founders exploring where AI fits into their business
  • Teams turning individual experiments into shared practice
  • People who want to use AI with more confidence and judgement
01 / Understand

Choose a useful task.

Work out what you need, which information is suitable to share and what a good result would look like.

02 / Practise

Work through a real example.

Use your own approved material to brief an AI tool, inspect its response and improve it through feedback.

03 / Review

Know what needs checking.

Check facts, sources, assumptions, tone and usefulness. Decide what can be used, revised or rejected.

Your starting point

One team.
One real workflow.

We agree the audience, task and session format with you first. Your team leaves with a worked example, a reusable brief and a review checklist.

Try the approach first.

A short exercise on giving AI the right context. Explore it at your own pace, then create a brief for your work.

A few practical questions.

Do we need a particular AI subscription?

We agree the tools before the session. Claude is part of DCL’s working practice, and the exercises focus on skills you can apply across tools. Any account or subscription requirements are made clear in the proposal.

Can you use our company’s examples?

Yes. We select approved material together and agree what can be shared with the tools being used. A fictional or anonymised example can be used where needed.

Is this a self-paced course?

This page offers tailored training and consulting. The free sample gives you a taste of the approach; a wider course is in development.

What does it cost?

The fee depends on your team, scope and format. We provide a defined proposal before you commit.

Let’s work on
your actual work.
